2020 CONVENTION UPDATES:
* THE SCRP county convention is now scheduled for Saturday, May 16th from 10 am to noon at the Mount Vernon Christian School.
* May 26, 2020 is now the last day for all DELEGATES elected to the State Convention to submit registration forms and payment for the State Convention REGARDLESS OF WHEN THEIR COUNTY CONVENTION WAS HELD. (Note: If your county has a convention on May 23rd, your delegates have THREE days to submit their payment for the State Convention—NO EXCEPTIONS. The 10-day rule no longer applies. In other words, let them know that there is a financial obligation if they’re elected to the State Convention—and that financial obligation has a strict due date. Please make sure you emphasize this to your delegates and alternates who are attending your county convention.
* June 1, 2020 is now the last day for the County Chair to submit Certification of 2020 delegates to State Headquarters
* June 5, 2020 is now the last day for all ALTERNATES elected to the State Convention to submit registration forms and payment for the State Convention REGARDLESS OF WHEN THEIR COUNTY CONVENTION WAS HELD.
* June 11, 2020 is now the last day for counties to elect or appoint State Convention Committee members
* June 12, 2020 is now the last day for the State Chairman to certify the list of delegates to the State Convention, the last day for county chairmen to report their State Convention Committee members to the State Chairman, and the deadline for all delegates and alternate
* June 25-27, 2020—STATE CONVENTION. The State Committee will be meeting on Wednesday, June 24th.)
