March 26, 2021 SCRP WA State Legislative Update
ESSB 5038 is being brought to the floor of the House for a vote THIS SUNDAY. This proposed law would make Open Carry on State Capital Grounds or at Public Demonstrations Illegal. And sets a dangerous precedent by violating the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution
