From our friends in the Whatcom Republican Party comes the following: Seems that WA Supreme Court Justices accepted campaign donations from the WEA, the primary supporter of the McCleary decision. None of these justices had the integrity to recuse themselves.
Democrats in black robes today, sanctioned the State of Washington (AKA us Tax Payers) $100,000 per day until Governor Inslee calls a special session to address education funding. This ruling comes immediately following the conclusion of a third special session in which Republicans added $1.3 billion dollars to K-12 education and cut college tuition by 20%. This unprecedented accomplishment should be something that is celebrated, not one that would breed discontent from lawless highly partisan judges on the bench!
