The Culp for Governor campaign has filed lawsuits against nine county auditors in the state, according to the a post on its Facebook page. Republican governor candidate Loren Culp has claimed voter fraud and election inconsistencies since Election Night when the results were called for incumbent Democrat Jay Inslee. Culp’s campaign has already filed a lawsuit against Secretary of State and Republican Kim Wyman.

The Culp campaign has reportedly filed lawsuits against:

Vicky Dalton –  Spokane County Auditor

The lawsuit said that the process in which the 2020 General Election was held was unlawful under state and federal law. The lawsuit contends there are discrepancies and anomalies which destroys the integrity of the vote. Citing data from the United States Postal Service, it says that  338,453 registered voters were identified to have moved but that these addresses were not updated with the Secretary of State.

The campaign also contests that 1,375 registered voters are listed twice and that 46 people allegedly voted twice in the November Election. It also claims that 10,695 people who are dead receieved ballots and that 7,228 of them voted in November.
