The 2023 legislative session is now complete, and the radical Democrat carnage has left Washington State much worse off and totally unrecognizable. To witness these terrible, and many times unconstitutional, laws being rammed through (sometimes without public hearings) is beyond belief and only adds to the new levels of unprecedented Democrat corruption and very dangerous and horrifying policies absolutely destroying our state. As one example:
5599 is a blatant child abuse law that legalizes the kidnappings of children, takes children away from their parents, allows for the harboring of minors and forbids parents to protect their children. It gives permission to a shelter to NOT notify the parents or guardians of a minor child who has run away seeking sex change treatments or an abortion.
The bill makes state licensed youth shelters act as accomplices in castrating children without their parent's knowledge, and mandates tax-payer dollars to pay for the expensive radical surgeries and procedures.
If a child ends up at a youth shelter in WA state and expresses the desire to change their gender, claiming that their parents are against it, then the youth shelter is legally obligated to NOT notify the parents of the child’s location and facilitate their new world of trans-genderism. And it’s not limited to WA state residences. The bill allows any young confused runaway child from another state to make their way to WA to get castrated by the government without their parents ever being notified.
THERE IS NO AGE OR GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTION WITH THIS LAW!
Not only does this allow young kids to irreversibly change their bodies and be medicalized, but it also facilitates child TRAFFICKING and will make Washington a nanny state.

In Washington state there is a 'presumptive right' to vote - State law does not require a person to prove they can vote when registering. In WA State, a person must prove they're 21 to purchase alcohol, rather than the seller presuming their age until shown otherwise. But that 'Presumption' exists regarding voter registration. State law does NOT require a person to prove they can vote when registering. NO JUSTICE - JUST MORE JUDICIAL CORRUPTION!: Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson dismissed Kari Lake's lawsuit regarding the stolen 2022 Arizona midterm election for governor after a 3-day trial during which evidence was presented exposing clear fraudulent signature verification of mail-in ballots.
Attorney Kurt Olsen told the Court during the trial, "11 of the signature verification workers approved 170k signatures at a rate of less than 0 and 2.99 seconds with a 99.97% approval rating."
During closing arguments, Olsen noted that "there were approximately 274,000 ballot signatures compared and verified in less than three seconds."
During the trial, Olsen also determined that at least 70,000 mail-in ballots were not verified in compliance with Arizona law and as such, the election should be set aside.
According to testimony by Maricopa County signature reviewer Jacqueline Onigkeit, a large number of signatures on ballot affidavits had different names than that of the voter. Onigkeit also testified that several of the other level-one signature reviewers "didn't feel comfortable with what they were seeing."
The witness added that "ballots were sent back to level one reviewers by direct supervisors and full-time County employees" because they were too "overwhelmed" by the number of rejected ballots.
Olsen also presented evidence of at least one Maricopa County signature reviewer just clicking through signature checks in less than 2 seconds each, another video showed Maricopa County employees completely failing to verify signatures and approving what is estimated to be more than 5,600 signatures in roughly 2 hours. Lake’s attorney Brian Blehm asked Maricopa County Elections Director Rey Valenzuela if employees conducted signature verification remotely from their homes without cameras or observers. Erich Speckin of Speckin Forensics explained a spreadsheet showing how quickly signature reviewers examined signatures and what percentage they approved matching. Specklin’s expertise is in document examination and handwriting analysis.
Speckin appeared disturbed that one batch of 27,196 ballots that averaged less than three seconds per signature review ended with 100 % approval. He said "approximately 275,825 signatures were reviewed in less than three seconds."
Lake’s attorney Kurt Olsen asked him if any signatures were reviewed in less than two seconds, and he responded, “There were about 70,000 instances.” Speckin said he looked over the reviewers that had over 1,000 instances each of two-second reviews and discovered that seven of the reviewers had approved all 100 % of their batches.
Olsen asked him, “What is your expert opinion as to the physical ability to compare a signature for consistency in less than three seconds?”
Speckin replied, “I don’t believe it can be done. I look at this all day, every day. This is what I do and I’ve done for 30 years running with signatures. I’m not going to sit here and tell the court no one in the world can be better than me. If I can’t do it, I don’t see how anyone could do it on a mass scale day after day after day, hour after hour.” Article

Arizona’s Kari Lake Announces Plans to ‘Paint the State Red,’ Appeal Election Ruling. Arizona Republican Kari Lake is launching a grassroots “ballot-chasing” operation to boost Republican turnout in future Arizona elections and “paint the state red.”
“We’re going to start rolling up our sleeves and playing by the same rules [Democrats] play by,” Lake said while surrounded by supporters at a May 23 press conference in Phoenix.
“And when you get a fed-up mom who plays by those rules, watch out, because we’re not letting this happen again,” she added.
Noting that nearly 90 % of Arizona voters are on the permanent early voter list, Lake explained that her team, led by Strong Communities Action Chairwoman Merissa Hamilton, would be doing everything in their power to sway those voters and “take back” Arizona.
“If we’ve got to work in their rigged system, we’ll work in their rigged system,” she said.
As part of the new initiative, Lake said volunteers would be ramping up their door-knocking and voter registration efforts and assisting voters with getting to the polls.
“We are going to contact every voter, make sure that if they have a ballot sitting on their counter, we help them get that ballot to where it needs to go,” she said. “And we’re going to register … everybody we can to vote, and we’re going to turn our state around.
