Now that Public Record Request (PRR) and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) data is becoming available to study, assimilate and investigate, it is crystal clear that the 2020 elections were far worse than anyone previously thought. I.e. it has now been admitted by Washington State County Elections Officials and County Prosecutors that 2020 Clear Ballot Voting Machine Web Activity Log Election Records were Entirely Deleted and not "backed up" in Benton, Clallam, Cowlitz, Ferry, Grant, Grays Harbor, King, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Snohomish and Whatcom Counties. The illegal deletions occurred between December 2020 and March 2021.
This violates Federal Law 52 USC 20701, and 42 USC 1974 which requires all election records to be kept for 22 months and also violates RCW 29A.60.110, WAC 434-262-200 and WAC 434-261-045.
Additionally, the Election Assistance Commission requires voting systems and tabulation equipment to create a “real-time audit log” which records the events of an election. Read the EAC Decision on Request for Interpretation (Audit Logs) for details on what logging is required.
Clear Ballot and the WA State Counties say it was due to a "Software Upgrade” to each of their election machine systems. Now, after deletion, this means there is probably no way to verify if there was any "unauthorized access" to the voting machine equipment, data and the scan server, which holds the 2020 election vote counts.
The scan server is where vote tabulation data is stored, this would be a necessary reason to preserve these logs.
NOW THESE VERY IMPORTANT ELECTION RECORDS ARE COMPLETELY GONE FOR GOOD - SO WHAT ARE THEY TRYING TO HIDE?
Web Activity Logs are also important because they show database records that would include an audit trail of changes, and any data source initiating a change like "attempted access," such as when someone tries to log-in with the wrong password, when new passwords are made, or if "access" was granted to new users, etc.
Access could also include when someone enables the “display vote totals” and if anyone accessed it from another machine within the election system, or externally.
If the scan server is accessed, those with access can view the vote count and there could be manipulation of the data in various forms.
Web Activity Logs show the events that occurred during the tabulation of the votes. In essence they are a link in the chain of custody to make sure that the election was secure.
Also, PRRs show WA State Counties that used Elections Systems & Software (ES & S), Hart InterCivic and Dominion Voting Systems had similar voting machine vendor software "upgrades" which illegally deleted important 2020 elections records (during the same time frames), without backing them up. i.e. Stevens and Franklin Counties are among them.
Cyber Security and Election Integrity Experts all agree that these types of computer logs and records are vital components of the election itself.

There is absolutely no reason why Election Machine Web Activity Logs should be illegally deleted!
This is similar to what happened in Mesa County, Colorado and Maricopa County, Arizona where lawsuits have been filed for many reasons including destruction of elections records.
Most definitely more Washington State Counties will be added to this list as PRR information becomes available. OF NOTE: PRRs are now taking up to 6 months to get elections information. Hmmm.......
Other counties such as Pierce show that someone viewed the vote totals illegally. I.e. Pierce Web Activity Logs showed they viewed the vote totals Nov 3 (Election Day) at 6:01 PM. That would be considered tabulation. The state defines tabulation as making the vote totals readable by a human, not just a machine. So, they “tabulated” the votes before 8 PM on Election Day.
THIS VIOLATES RCW 29A.84.730:
(1) In any location in which ballots are counted, no person authorized by law to be present while votes are being counted may divulge any results of the count of the ballots at any time prior to 8 PM on the day of the primary or special or general election.
AND VIOLATES WAC 434-250-110: (6) Tabulation may begin after 8 PM on the day of the election.
Additionally, counties appear to have created and exported reports during the time they turned on the display vote totals before 8 PM on election day. This suggests they were potentially sharing this information, which is also against the law.
This was found in part of the Web Activity Logs data via PRR provided by counties who did not illegally delete these election records. It should help people understand why the many other WA State counties should have not deleted and at a minimum backed-up the logs prior to their update.
OR PERHAPS THIS EXPLAINS EXACTLY WHY THE VOTING MACHINE VENDORS AND COUNTIES COMPLETELY DELETED THESE ELECTION RECORDS.......

Wisconsin Hearing Emails Show Democrat Operatives Coordinating with City Election Officials The Wisconsin Assembly hosted two back-to-back hearings showing aggressive coordination between Democrat operatives and city and state election officials in the months running up to the Nov. 2020 election. Rural Nevada counties reconsidering Dominion for elections, return to paper ballots, hand-counting. Esmeralda County commissioners voted to ask their county clerk to administer all future county elections using strictly paper ballots and hand-counting, the latest Nevada county to attempt to overhaul election administration in response to the controversial 2020 election. The vote marks the second major shift away from electronic voting machines in rural Nevada. Nye and Esmeralda counties could soon be joined by another rural jurisdiction, Lyon County, where commissioners are set to discuss a similar proposal. NORTH CAROLINA: The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) released a research brief detailing errors in North Carolina’s voter rolls. These errors must be fixed before the 2022 elections, which include a U.S. Senate race that may be very close. The Foundation’s analysis of the voter rolls found that 7,933 North Carolinians were still registered to vote long after death in 2020. Some of these deceased registrants have been on the voter rolls for decades. The state’s voter rolls are also filled with tens of thousands of duplicate registrations. The Foundation found 42,984 North Carolinians were registered in another state before the 2020 election. Additionally, 13,525 North Carolinians managed to become registered twice under variations of their name. This is extremely concerning as the state moves toward expanding vote by mail because these registrants would receive multiple ballots. Article

GOP candidates are calling for election integrity reform and have vowed to replace voting machines used during the 2020 election that was stolen from President Trump. Republicans have maligned Whitmer for her onerous pandemic era lockdowns and controversial handling of nursing home patients wrought with scandal.
GEORGIA: Judge: 2020 Election Records in Key Georgia County Must Be Preserved Indefinitely The lawsuit was filed by former Sen. David Perdue (R-Ga.), who lost a 2021 runoff election and is currently running as a Republican for governor in Georgia, late last year. Perdue says there were thousands of “unlawfully marked” mail-in ballots in Fulton County and "you can’t look forward without learning from the past, I’m not trying to relitigate the 2020 election, but what I am trying to do is find the people who broke the law and bring them to justice. That’s why I went to court in November. That’s why I’m going to court now.” Article
A key integrity provision to unseal GA election ballots was blocked by Gov. Brian Kemp who prevented the Senate from confirming House changes to SB89 which included language to unseal Georgia election ballots and improve ballot chain of custody. SB89 language would have allowed counterfeit ballots to be detected and electronic votes to be verified. Those provisions are essential to deter fraud in upcoming elections.
Legislators made ballot images public records in 2021 but a year-long, statewide VoterGA analysis found it impossible to use them to verify the 2020 election results. VoterGA produced a 15-point analysis that revealed electronic tampering in over 500,000 ballot images prior to certification. Another study determined well over a million ballots across 70 counties were lost or destroyed despite federal and state retention law. Experts previously concluded in court that all of the nearly 5 million images stored have inadequate resolution to authenticate the corresponding ballots. Counterfeit ballots were discovered in the Nov. 2020 Fulton County hand count audit by four senior poll managers and two audit monitors.

KANSAS: The Kansas bipartisan Legislative Joint House & Senate Committee commissioned an extensive election system audit. The motion to conduct the audit was passed with overwhelming support, recording only one dissenting vote. NEW MEXICO: Otero County is currently conducting an audit of the 2020 election. Several auditors, along with independent researchers' found errors in Dominion Voting Machine Software, like recent issues identified in Tennessee. Dominion Version 5.2.x. and 5.2.4 software were running on the machines, however this software was not certified by the EAC. These machines were configured to an un-certified software version, ran on a different un-certified software version, and even though the machines gave an error during the election, the election continued anyway! An Edmonds school district is facing backlash for an online handout given to elementary school students teaching them about gender identity, including the idea that people can be "neither" or "both" genders. Images of the assignment given to first graders in the Edmonds School District (ESD) were posted to social media by a concerned parent last month.
The assignment appeared to outline how gender can be broken down into three categories: a "girl," a "boy," and "neither or both." The assignment also asked students to “create a snowperson that is an example of how you identify yourself,” asking them to then explain their choice.
For kindergartners, the state’s health education standards on “self-identity” outline how kindergartners should “understand there are many ways to express gender.” The standards further explain that first graders should learn to “explain that there are many ways to express gender.”

“They can't believe that what they're seeing is actually happening with their first graders. They're alarmed that they weren't aware of it. And then they're also angry and frustrated that they're being forced now to engage in conversations that their kids are blindsiding them with because suddenly their kids are coming home and talking about their confusion about their gender," said Sanzi.

The radical WA State legislature leftists, passed a new bill that will outlaw the sale, purchase, and registration of all-gas vehicles that are model year 2030 or newer, regardless of if they are publicly or privately owned. The only vehicles eligible for sale and registration will be all-electric cars. The law also creates an “interagency electric vehicle coordinating council,” which will oversee vehicular regulations for this program.

Washington is the first state in the nation to mandate that new commercial and multi-family construction be outfitted with all-electric space heating and hot water systems. The move to all-electric is part of Inslee’s clean energy agenda to combat "climate change." A Los Angeles court determined that a California law requiring certain workplace boardroom quotas of underrepresented communities is unconstitutional. Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit in early October 2020 arguing that any spending of taxpayer funds or taxpayer-paid resources on the quota law is “illegal under the California Constitution.” The lawsuit was filed days after Gavin Newsom signed it into law. The measure required publicly traded companies to have a minimum of one director from an “underrepresented community” on its board by the end of last year and potentially more such directors by the end of 2022.

Gas Greed: California to raise taxes despite having highest in nation. The California legislature is going to miss a May 1 deadline to kill the annual summer increase in its 51-cent gas tax, Gov. Gavin Newsom’s office said. The increase goes against Newsom’s January promise to motorists that he would suspend any tax increases given that the state pays the highest amount in the nation, both in taxes and per gallon. Currently, the average price to fill up is $5.69, according to AAA. Article

The corrupt saga of Black Lives Matter continues this week after it was revealed the organization used donated funds to purchase a $6 million mansion in Los Angeles. The sprawling $6 million mansion bought by BLM in Los Angeles comes complete with a sound stage, music studio, pool and a two-bedroom guest house. The 7,400-square-foot Studio City compound is a 1930s' farm house that also boasts 7 BR and 7 BA.
WE ARE IN THE MIDST OF A MAJOR SPIRITUAL BATTLE AND HOLY WAR. The Freedom From Religion Foundation, a Wisconsin-based group of atheists, filed a complaint on behalf of a “concerned parent.” It appears a godless heathen took offense by prayers delivered at two local high schools.
“Our complainant reports that their child has been made to feel uncomfortable because they don’t share the same religious beliefs as most of the other students at their school,” read the complaint letter. The Freedom from Religion Foundation says that the Supreme Court has ruled any invocation delivered over a public address system is unconstitutional — including prayers delivered by students. “Public schools are a neutral place. They should be neutral about religion,” said attorney Chris Line.
The out-of-town atheists said Christian prayers recited over a public address system are illegal. The school board consulted with their attorneys and decided it would be best to stop the prayers.
“The superintendent met with school principals and the administration will not allow prayer at school-sponsored events, including football games,” read a letter from the district’s attorney to the out-of-town atheists. Cowards, all! Article
Lacrosse Team Banned from Wearing ‘Pray for Peace’ Shirts. The girl’s lacrosse team at Blacksburg High School in Virginia wanted to honor their coach, who had spent ten summers volunteering in Ukrainian orphanages. So, the girls had t-shirts made that a simple, but profound message: “Pray for Peace.”
The young student athletes had no idea the t-shirts would land them on the frontline of a raging religious liberty battle. Montgomery County Public Schools sent every team member an email ordering them to never again wear the shirts. Ever.
“The Girls Lacrosse Team is no longer permitted to wear the Pray for Peace t-shirts at home or away events as warm up gear,” the email read. “The message conveyed by the shirts can be interpreted as religious and political in nature.”
The school district said the shirts were too religious and too political. A double-whammy.
Parent Clare Levison said the girls offered to replace the word “pray” with the word “PLAY” However, that compromise was rejected.
And the school’s librarian was ordered to remove a display sign that featured books about Eastern Europe. The sign read, “Stand for peace.”
“Apparently, the administration of Montgomery County Public Schools wishes to remain neutral on praying, playing or even standing for peace,” Levison said. “Pray for Peace is not a religious statement that requires separation of church and state, it is one that all presidents in power, regardless of political party, reference on a regular basis.” Article

CIA Director William Burns said U.S. intelligence first became aware early last fall of Russian President Vladimir Putin's plans to invade Ukraine. Biden creates exception to let illegal migrants into U.S. early. Joe Biden has ordered Border Patrol agents to begin allowing illegal migrants into the country by granting them multiple exemptions to the current health regulation. A memo identified a half dozen ports of entry (POEs) where exceptions can be granted and a broad range of conditions that qualify for the exemptions. Under the new rules, if a single member of a family qualifies for the exception, in most cases the entire family can come into the country legally. Border Patrol agents were horrified.

Professor who wouldn't use trans student's pronouns wins $400K settlement: A public university in Ohio agreed last week to pay one of its professors $400,000 after it rebuked him for refusing to use a transgender student's preferred pronouns.
Shawnee State University, in Portsmouth, roughly 85 miles south of Columbus, warned Nicholas Meriwether, a philosophy professor, in 2018 about not using the pronouns.
In response, Meriwether, who is an evangelical Christian, filed a federal lawsuit against the university that year, contending that officials violated his constitutional rights by compelling him to speak in a way that contradicts his religious beliefs. The settlement of the case follows a 3-year legal battle, with the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in Meriwether’s favor. Article

Florida Passes Bill Revoking Disney’s Special Self-Governing Power: The Florida Senate passed legislation on April 20 that would remove the special tax district and self-governing status that was granted to Disney. Gov. Ron DeSantis signed the bill dissolving Disney’s special status within Florida, which allows them to self-govern its property—including Disney World.
Disney's stock has lost nearly $50 billion in value since the start of March, when it chose to oppose Florida's education law. The stock's market cap has declined by about $46.6 billion since March 1, just days before the company came out against the legislation. Article
WA Judge removes “excise tax” and "income tax" from I-1929 (capital gains income tax repeal) ballot title. The I-1929 capital gains income tax repeal ballot title challenge had the A.G. change the ballot title language by removing the prior usage of “excise tax.” It now says “7% tax on annual capital gains” while the I-1929 campaign wanted “7% tax on individuals with annual capital gains income.” As noted by the Tri-City Herald, (beyond the fact that an Inslee appointed judge recently ruled a capital gains tax is an income tax, not an excise tax):
“Washington citizens have a long history of voting down efforts to impose a statewide income tax — and that explains why the dispute over the title and description of Initiative 1929 is such a big deal. Framing is everything . . . Ever since SB 5096 was approved largely along party-lines last year, obstacles have popped up to prevent citizens from weighing in on this important tax measure. Those lawmakers who are sure a capital gains tax is right for Washington state should focus on making their case — not thwarting a public vote.”
But of no surprise the judge agreed with the AG. During her ruling, the Thurston County Superior Court judge said it's appropriate to avoid using "excise tax" or "income tax" when describing the tax. Humorous that the judge said in the summary the capital gains tax is based on an individual's federal income tax return since that is exactly what the bill says. "’Federal net long-term capital gain’ means the net long-term capital gain reportable for federal income tax purposes." Article
