We are saddened to mourn the death of former Skagit County Republican Party Membership Chairman, Mel Mocabee. Mel was a bright light to us all and will be mist. Mel passed away suddenly with cancer last month and his memorial service will be held at 2 pm this Friday at His Place Church in Burlington, 1480 South Burlington, Blvd.
