Skagit County Republican Party Chairman Bill Bruch and San Juan County Committeewoman Cindy Carter were unanimously elected to the Washington State Republican Party Executive Board representing region 2: Island, San Juan, Skagit and Whatcom counties. Chairman Bruch said "This is a huge honor and we are both very grateful!"
