A recent whistleblower from San Juan County in Washington State drew attention to sloppy and slipshod activities at the Auditor's office and their casual approach to the election process. In addition to the Auditor leaving the state for the election, the Elections Supervisor couldn't be bothered to show up for a precinct hand recount.
