LD 39 House Representative Appointment

The very important appointment meeting for the LD 39th State House Representative seat will be held on Wednesday, September 20th at 2 PM at the Snohomish County Council chambers in Everett.

Per Washington State Constitution Article 2 Section 15

Provided, ​That in case of a vacancy occurring in the office of Joint senator, or joint representative, the vacancy shall be filled from a list of three nominees selected by the State Central Committee, by appointment by the joint action of the boards of county legislative authorities of the counties composing the joint senatorial or joint reprobative district.
