Joshua Freed deserves big congratulations as last week he won a huge victory in Federal court against governor Inslee when the governor was forced to concede that the state cannot enforce a blanket ban on in-person religious gatherings of any size during a declared state emergency. In the court proceedings the judge asked the state AG if prayer gatherings, spiritual counseling and worship gatherings were enforceable, and the AG said "NO, they were not enforceable." Washingtonians are reasonable people and will go above and beyond, but with governor Inslee and state Socialist / Democrat latest mandates it is more clear than ever that were being taken advantage of. We are being governed by flawed Covid models, false data, fear and authoritarian dictates, and continue to be treated like political pawns in a police state.
Case in point: Under the state requirements announced for restaurants to be able to reopen, individuals will be required to give their name, address, phone number and email just to be able to be allowed to be present in any restaurant. The new mandates are so restrictive it makes it almost impossible for these businesses to survive. And by giving the information to the restaurants you may be entered into a contact tracing system database. This is the same policy for construction sites.
Yes, some 1,300 Contract Tracing Investigators (including the National Guard) are now actively tracking and contacting people who test positive for Covid-19, and the people they have come in contact with. Then, the goal is to quarantine those people via "Forced Isolation" for a minimum of 14 days. From the Governor's own notes on contact tracing:
"...track down, test and take care of others who have been in contact with a person who tests positive. ...isolate patients...either in their homes or in alternative settings." Video of Inslee's explanation.
Inslee and the State Dem decision makers need to look at real data, we're on the down side of the Farr's Law bell curve for Covid and there is NO emergency, all the science is pointing to this. More proof: Yesterday it was reported that two Snohomish County residents who said they were ill in December have tested positive for Covid-19 anti-bodies. This is excellent news and shows in all probability that we have been building up a "herd immunity" for several months.
More catastrophic collateral impacts: This state's draconian government mandates are putting a halt to all process serving, banning the legal service notices normally standard to help the legal system function. Now you can expect the judicial, legal system and court cases to be thrown into terrible chaos, delaying cases for months or potentially even years, further disrupting the rule-of-law, until social distancing rules are relaxed.
Of deep concern: There has been a state-wide predicted spike in suicides. Also about a 21 % increase in domestic violence during the governor’s unnecessarily drawn out order that forces the citizens to stay in abusive households.
This Dictated Extreme Socialism is not our friend. It’s a process where power is taken away from the people. We became a great country by embracing freedom, liberty and entrepreneurship and rejecting all things socialist. It's the government's job to protect our rights, not take them away. When you trade liberty for safety you end up losing both.
The Seattle City Council just passed another insane new law. Now Seattle landlords may not evict tenants for failure to pay rent for up to 6 months AFTER the Covid pandemic ends, whenever that may be and to be determined at some unknown future date by a group of socialists. Beware: How close is this to the government seizing private property?
Last week California Governor Gavin Newsom, under his emergence proclamation, signed an executive order allowing every registered voter to receive a mail-in ballot for November's election.
States opening including Florida and Georgia are doing just fine. In fact Georgia Republican Governor Brian Kemp recently announced the lowest number of Covid patients hospitalizations and the lowest amount of patients on ventilators.since the state began reporting this data.
MORE GOOGLE / FACEBOOK CENSORING: Last month Google's YouTube and Facebook deleted a video–that had accumulated over five million views—of a news conference hosted by Drs. Dan Erickson and Artin Massihi. The video contained no obscene content; no hate speech; and no copyright violations. The doctors operate a private urgent-care clinic in Bakersfield, California, and they courageously questioned the scientific accuracy of massive, elongated shutdowns extending to the young and healthy: "Do we need to still shelter in place? Our answer is emphatically no."
Renowned scientist, Judy Mikovits PHD is the latest to expose Anthony Fauchi (Video here). Of no surprise last week YouTube and Facebook removed this amazing documentary video, the video gives further confirmation that Fauci may have helped orchestrate much of the Covid-19 pandemic response.
The clip is part of the upcoming documentary movie "Pandemic." Does the theme sound familiar: Humanity is imprisoned by a killer pandemic. People are being arrested for surfing in the ocean and meditating in nature. Nations are collapsing. Hungry citizens are rioting for food. The media has generated so much confusion and fear that people are begging for salvation in a syringe. Billionaire patent owners are pushing for globally mandated vaccines. Anyone who refuses to be injected with experimental poisons will be prohibited from travel, education and work.
Dr. Scott Jensen is one of thousands of doctors coming forward saying that the American Medical Association is “encouraging” doctors to overcount coronavirus deaths across the country. Jensen received a 7-page document from the AMA that shows how to fill out a death certificate as a “COVID-19 diagnosis” even when there isn’t a lab test confirming the diagnosis.
“Right now Medicare is determining that if you have a Covid-19 admission to the hospital you get $13,000. If that Covid-19 patient goes on a ventilator you get $39,000, three times as much. Nobody can tell me after 35 years in the world of medicine that sometimes those kinds of things impact on what we do.” Said Jensen.
This past week, for the first time in over two decades, a California Republican succeeded in flipping a Democratic seat in the House of Representatives. The special election in CA's 25th CD suggests the voters in this district are already in a November mindset. Great news considering the district is a suburb of Los Angeles.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court has struck down Democratic Gov. Tony Evers' stay at home order to limit the spread of coronavirus and stopped Evers' administration to act unilaterally during public health emergencies. The ruling immediately lifts all restrictions on businesses and gatherings imposed by the administration's order.
