Today, Monday, December 12th, Trump's victory was certified in Wisconsin and Pennsylvannia. Wisconsin completed its recount with Trump extending his lead by 131 votes. A judge in Pennsylvannia dismissed Jill Stein's ridiculous recount attempt. See more at Fox News.
