A whistle blower at the WA State Employment Security Department (ESD) is saying a top level ESD employee intentionally disabled one of the security software code elements in ESD's unemployment insurance program in attempts to make claims go more smooth; and disabling this element of code opened up the system to Nigerian Fraudsters stealing at least $576 million of taxpayers money and leading to at least 87,000 fraudulent claims.
Now ESD is withholding information for a Freedom of Information Request and an audit until after the election as State Republican legislators are being stonewalled. Republicans want documentation of events and believe these numbers are low as ESD Commissioner Suzi Levine recently reported that $576 million in state and federal unemployment benefits had been sent to the fraudsters, and 30,152 workers who had their benefit payments suspended by the ESD were still waiting for the agency to resolve their claims.
Of no surprise, still no one has been held to account by Governor Inslee. This is unacceptable! OF NOTE: Inslee appointee Suzi Levine bundled 40 million dollars for Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012.
The WA Constitution says that the state government's paramount duty is to provide high-quality basic education--uniformly, around the state. Most unfortunately that is not occurring because of governments response to Covid as the states schools have gone virtual / online. Data is telling us that between March & June less than half of elementary school kids logged into classes online.
An emphasis on remote learning may radically change the nature of K-12 education in very bad ways. In ways that some administrators, teachers and policy-makers don't anticipate. The data is telling us that these kids are not being educated. Currently the taxpayers / parents are paying the school system and getting little in return for their tax dollars. And the curriculum is so bad in terms of 'value added', that many of the parents or the kids want to participate.
As an alternative we need to let parents and students know about School Choice. Home Schools, Private Schools, Trade Schools, Charter Schools and Christian Schools are examples of quality alternatives for parents. School choice is a practical solution that allows parents freedom to be directly involved in how their children are to educated at local levels.
Currently the cost per student for our public schools is about 16 K per student per year. As a solution for parents and students, and also to help our state's budget crisis I am advocating that parents receive 8 K to 10 K per child, per year. This would save taxpayers money and could be done with voucher programs. For info on my State House campaign see BillBruchforHouse.com.

The incredible 2020 July jobs report makes one thing abundantly clear — lead by Republican states, the country is finally digging itself out of the Covid travesty and an economic comeback is underway. America's overall economy is beginning to surge and added 1.8 million jobs in July. That represents the third-largest one-month jobs gain in U.S. history, behind only this past June and May. This brings the total number of jobs added in the last three months to an extraordinary 9.3 million!
Portland, America's Leftist temper tantrum, continues to see nightly unrest. This past weekend saw more riots in the city's neighborhoods and a man savagely beaten by a mob after crashing his car. Video here and here.
BLM movement leaders are saying things like it is time to be "Declaring War on America," and they are "Ready to attain justice by any means necessary" video here. At this moment of history it appears the motto of BLM is "segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever?"
The StopDefunding.com campaign has been so successful that Antifa has become desperate and attacked the offices of the Seattle Police Officers Guild on Sunday night. Six officers were injured and of course the Seattle City Council has done nothing to condemn the violence.
With over 170,000 signatures, we the people have taken control of the political narrative and put the city council on the defensive. Please watch the video below and PLEASE if you haven't already, sign and share the petition to stop the defunding of all police departments nationwide at StopDefunding.com Video here.
Doctors Worldwide are Recording More Deaths Due to Lockdowns than to Covid-19 according to newest reports. Yes, a long-suspected fear of the Covid-19 lockdowns is starting to come to light. In many parts of the world doctors are pointing to a very real probability that lockdown orders are leading to people dying from other serious maladies as a result of avoiding hospitals. Heart attacks in particular are now looked at as a cause of death greater than the coronavirus itself. More here.
The International Citizens Initiative Investigation into Covid-19 by hundreds of world renowned experts in the field of medicine, economics, government, public intuitions, business and law is picking up momentum.
This Covid-19 Extra Parliamentary Inquiry Committee and movement is being lead by Doctor Heiko Schoning of Hamburg Germany. The experts have evidence and all believe the official Covid-19 story is fake story all over the world and have serious doubts about the way the terrible draconian measures were placed onto society saying: "It is more than grossly negligent as government agencies are not exposing these things and indeed it seems they are staging them as the scientific data already shows there is no basis for these measures." The group also has discussion and asks the questions: Why is it happening? And Who benefits from it? Website: ACU2020..0rg. Video here and here.
SCIENTISTS in the Netherlands have said face masks in public places are "not necessary" and might even have a "negative impact." The nation's top scientists have concluded there is NO firm evidence to make people wear masks.
Coen Berends, spokesman for the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment, added: "Face masks in public places are not necessary, based on all the current evidence. There is no benefit and there may even be negative impact."
Holland's position is based on assessments by the Outbreak Management Team, a group of experts advising the government. It first ruled against masks in May and has re-evaluated the evidence several times. More here.
The Covid-19 one-size-fits-all policy of shutting things down was not worth the cost. That cost includes the destruction of both family-owned businesses. Latest reports say the number of active business owners fell by 22% from February to April 2020. Black businesses experienced a 41% decline. Latinx businesses fell by 32% and Asian business owners dropped by 26%.
The cost includes thousands of permanent business closures and bankruptcies. It includes millions of people thrown out of work. The collateral damage of these foolish policies will far exceed deaths from Covid, in the form of human suffering: alcohol and drug abuse, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, and suicide. All of these are increasing.
Since the end of April, the data across the entire country (and globally), has been remarkably consistent. That data shows that one-size-fits-all restrictions regarding virus mitigation are an over-correction, and that the collateral damage is and will be far worse than the virus itself.
Thousands of doctors are telling us Covid-19 is much like a serious influenza virus. The annual influenza infects about 35 million people, some 11% of the U.S. population. It kills about 70,000, which is a 0.2% death rate for those who contract it, and a 0.02% death rate for the entire US population. The aggregate Covid-19 death WITH COVID rate reportedly is 0.05%, not much higher.
The death rate from influenza over two years is almost the same as that of Covid. We deal with the flu every year, yet we never shut down society every year, or force people to be contained , or to stand six feet apart. The science and data tells us that there is no logical or rational reason, even out of an abundance of caution, for any restrictions to be imposed on everyday life by any government.
This is America. Our country is founded on freedom and choice. That includes the choice to undertake certain risks in order to enjoy life, liberty, and pursue happiness. We each take countless risks every year in order to do so. The science is telling us it is time to let people choose their behavior based on prudent risk assessment. Those with symptoms and who cannot take the risk of contracting Covid-19 should be cared for by the community, at all costs. Those who don’t want to take the risk can stay home.
Former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith pleaded guilty in federal court in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday, admitting that he altered an email that he used to apply for a FISA warrant against former Trump-campaign adviser Carter Page.
Clinesmith changed the email, which was originally sent to him by the CIA and which he was forwarding to the FISA Court, to make it seem as though the agency did not consider Page to be an intelligence source, when in fact Page had worked as a source for the CIA on several occasions.
The Justice Department’s charging document alleged that Clinesmith “did willfully and knowingly make and use a false writing and document, knowing the same to contain a materially false, fictitious, and fraudulent statement and entry in a matter before the jurisdiction of the executive branch and judicial branch of the Government of the United States.”
On August 28th Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network (NAN) has scheduled a BLM March and Rally with an estimated 100,000 participants In WA D.C. Expect 1,000 buses, dozens of jumbo trons and a major media 'fake news' bias coverage as yet another massive protest takes place during a supposed global pandemic.
The event, officially titled the “Get Off Our Necks” Commitment March on Washington, already has many area hotels sold out, according to NAN’s D.C. Bureau Chief Ebonie Riley. Info here.
The incredible July jobs report makes one thing abundantly clear — lead by Republican states, the great American comeback is well underway. President Trump is renewing, rebuilding, and restoring the economy, which added 1.8 million jobs in July. That represents the third-largest one-month jobs gain in U.S. history, behind only this past June and May. On Saturday, an estimated 2,000 boats filled the waterways of Clearwater, Florida, in an effort to rally for President Donald Trump and break a Guinness World Record of "The Worlds Largest Boat Parade."
No Seafair on Lake Washington this year but in Florida boating seems like the perfect remedy for the summer blues. Video here.
