The 2021 November general elections brought important county, state and nationwide victories. Conservatives performed very well in hotly contested Skagit County local elections. In the Skagit Port Commissioner Pos 3 race, Mahlon Hull won by a 53.51 % to 45.95 %, 1,482 vote margin. In the Sedro-Woolley City Council At-large race Nickolas Lavacca won by a 60.63 % to 38.74 %, 448 vote margin. And in the City of Anacortes Mayor race Matt Miller won with a 51.10 % to 48.73 %, 199 vote margin. All three deserve huge congratulations for very well deserved success!

In King County, Republican Ann Davidson won the race for Seattle City Attorney vs her Antifa police abolitionist opponent by 17 points! Davison will lead the office of the Seattle City Attorney, also known as the Law Department. The department operates with more than 100 attorneys. It is the 3rd largest public law office in the state and one of the largest in the city.
Ann has promised to restore law and order to the streets of Seattle by increasing prosecution of misdemeanor crimes and clearing out homeless camps.
Washington voters again overwhelmingly voted to repeal new tax laws by wide margins for the second year in a row. They include Advisory Vote 36 over a telephone tax to support a suicide prevention line (losing by 13 points) and Advisory Vote 38 to place a tax on premiums collected by ins. companies (losing by 19 points). "Advisory Votes" are non binding but send a message to the legislature to stop raising our taxes!
The most controversial Advisory Vote 37 is over a new unconstitutional law to place a 7% tax on the capital gains on more than 250K (which deals with sales of assets like bonds and stocks) lost by about 26 points. State Dems love the new taxes, but have been been fiercely opposed by Republicans. It goes into effect in January and will impact tax returns for 2023.
The law is being legally challenged in Douglas County by a group of large business owners and the Washington Farm Bureau, who claim it unconstitutionally imposes an income tax.
By law, the state is required to hold non-binding "Advisory Votes" on all tax increases not approved by voters. Advisory votes made their way onto WA ballots after voters approved a measure in 2007 that was supported by anti-tax activist Tim Eyman.
The measure was originally far reaching, with a requirement that any tax increase proposed in the state Legislature be passed with a 2/3 majority in both the House and Senate. Its scope was gutted by the liberal state Supreme Court to only include advisory votes and a requirement that every lawmaker’s vote on a bill that increases taxes or fees to be made public.
REPUBLICANS Sweep Virginia! Congratulations to Governor-elect Glenn Youngkin, Lieutenant Governor-elect Winsome Sears (first black woman to occupy the office) and Attorney General-elect Jason Miyares as the GOP dominated the state, clinching all three statewide offices. The House of Delegates also flipped 51 to 49 and Republicans now hold the state majority, a major triumph in a state that was Democrat the past decade. This comes on the heels of a string of Republican victories in state and local elections spanning from New Jersey to San Antonio.
Of no surprise to those in Election Integrity circles, RINO Kim Wyman is now working with the Biden Admin. With the Inslee appointment, now WA State Democrats / Socialists get an SOS incumbent, or even someone more extreme in 2022. They also got rid of a Dem "moderate," State Senator Steve Hobbs. Inslee and Dem leaders did not like the fact that Hobbs did not fully support Leftist radical policies and voted with Republicans several occasions over the years. The goal is for the Dems to replace Hobbs in the Senate with a more extreme Dem that will vote with their radical agenda. Several good potential SOS Candidates are thinking about challenging Hobbs in the Top Two Aug Primary. Then there will be a Special SOS general election next November.

In 2019, the long-term care bill (HB 1087) appeared on the ballot as an advisory vote; 63% of voters rejected the non-binding question concerning whether to maintain or reject the program. Despite overwhelmingly being rejected by voters, the Dems are implementing the new WA Long Term Care payroll tax. Starting Jan. 1, 2022, unless you were able to get a qualified, private LTC insurance policy, a tax of $0.58 per $100 will hit your paycheck and will raise your payroll taxes hundreds of dollars each year for a program that will give you little, or nothing, in return:
• Imagine a retirement program that forces you to pay in, but you receive no benefits if you retire within 10 years.
• A program that takes away your benefits if you move to another state.
• A program with NO income cap — even Social Security and Medicare don’t do that!
• A program that taxes you for your entire working life while your benefits for a family are limited and could last less than a year.
The terrible Dem WA "Cares Fund" was passed in the 2019 legislature and is the Socialist's attempt to get into the insurance business. Compared to private insurance and/or investments, the benefits are awful. The non-transferable, lifetime max benefit is $36,500 (adjusted w/inflation), and has no allowances for out-of-state workers. That means WA workers who live in other states are forced to pay the state payroll tax but are not eligible for the program's benefits.
Workers can opt-out, but only if they secured a qualified, private long-term care insurance policy by Nov. 1, 2021. From there, they must apply for an exemption. More than a quarter-million workers have applied to opt-out. However, thousands more have had trouble finding a policy in time or were unaware of the new mandate altogether.
LTC insurance should be by private providers, not state government! The state-managed plan is already looking at large potential cost overruns that will mean even higher taxes in the future. Be forewarned as even Cares Fund Director Ben Veghte recently stated that current programs needs have far exceeded expectations as state agencies are seeking more money for actuarial work, outreach, and customer care.
Republicans will be fighting this in the 2022 legislature. The whole law needs to be scrapped. AS A POSSIBLE SOLUTION: CITIZENS INITIATIVE I-1436 -- Allows you to opt in — OR OPT OUT — of participating in the new long-term care tax at ANYTIME. Whereas, the Washington State Republican Party (WSRP) has consistently supported initiatives that make it tougher to raise taxes; and
Whereas, starting January 1st 2022, the state will tax hard working Washingtonians hundreds of dollars each year for a program that will provide little or nothing in return; and
Whereas, Washington’s mandatory Long-Term Care tax is nothing more than a cleverly disguised income tax that will hurt Employers’ ability to compete in today’s complex labor market; and
Whereas, I-1436 allows employees to opt in -- or opt out -- of participating in the new long-term care tax at any time, putting the choice of providing the employee’s future needs into their own hands - not the government’s;

ELECTION INTEGRITY UPDATE: The Skagit Voter Integrity Project Volunteers ramped up canvassing efforts the past month in an effort to verify that registered voters who voted in the 2021 election were not anomalous. The results were mixed. Good news is that of the 1,531 2020 general election registered voters with anomalies, referenced in my SKAGIT VOTER INTEGRITY PROJECT SUMMARY REPORT (9-30-21 / Page 5), about 1/3 have been taken off the rolls. However, we are finding many more registered voters with questionable anomalies that have been since added to the rolls. We are compiling and adding new facts and findings to our database, and tracking...I am preparing an end of year report, and an updated database will be emailed to the Skagit County auditor by the end of the year.

AZ State Rep. Mark Finchem and Senator Wendy Rogers', will lead efforts to decertify the 2020 Election in the next legislative Session. Rogers has 186 Legislatures in 39 States that have now signed onto Forensic Audits for the 2020 election.
Finchem says they have discovered around 35,000 fictitious votes in Pima County. Also found that 2 Pima County precincts had more than 100% turnout, and 40 precincts with 97% ballots returned, unheard of in any election.
Finchem feels confident and is waiting for indictments and arrest warrants from AZ AG Mark Burnovich. Much evidence has been submitted including video of 3 Maricopa election employees deleting 2020 election files and prior to the Maricopa audit, federal law requires all election information to be held 22 months.
Jovan Pulitzer, involved in the AZ Kinematic Ballot Artifact Detection, questions why virtually every batch of ballots cast in the AZ 2020 were found to be altered. And we're still waiting for the Full AZ Forensic Report on the Routers, Splunk Logs and Kinematic Artifact Detection, and need to see the full, completed and transparent report from Maricopa County.

Much happening in GA. Attorneys for Garland Favorito have filed an appeal of the Fulton County case dismissed in October 2021 by Judge Amero for lack of standing, after 10 months of stalling the case. This case is about being able to examine and review 147,000 suspicious absentee ballots and know the attorneys and Mr. Favorito feel confident that their appeal will be successful with the Georgia appeals court. There is much investigation as well in different parts of Georgia concerning the ballot boxes, chain of custody, etc.

Redistricting Update: Every 10 years per the Washington State Constitution we go through "Redistricting." This is necessary because population growth is not equal in different parts of the state, so following the census, districts are adjusted to be of equal population. This year, for the first time in 30 years, the bipartisan commission did not meet the deadline to adopt new legislative and congressional maps. This is a pivotal moment in state politics for the next decade because now the liberal justices on the State Supreme Court decide on the new maps for the next 10 years. The fear is that they will seek to impose their extreme Leftist agenda on the people by drawing maps that illegally favor Democrats.
RCW 44.05.90 specifically states that “the commission shall exercise its powers to provide fair and effective representation and to encourage electoral competition.” Our State Constitution states that redistricting shall not be done to “favor one political party.”
5 of the 9 State Supreme Court Justices were appointed by Inslee and many of the Justices have been elected with heavy financial support from liberal special interests. They need to hear from we the people, now is not the time for them to pay back their liberal special interest friends with maps that illegally benefit Democrats.

Inslee's Draconian vaccine mandate crushing state workers! As of last week at least 3% of the 63,000 Washington state workers subject to Inslee's Covid-19 vaccine mandate have left their jobs or were terminated. So far over 2,000 state employees were terminated or left their positions over the mandate that they be fully vaccinated by Oct. 18 or lose their jobs, according to the Office of Financial Management. An additional 4.6% of state workers — nearly 2,900 — are still in a state of flux, according to OFM.
Mandatory vaccines at any level are completely unconstitutional! Our government (federal or state) should not be dictating to the private businesses and citizens of Washington what they should be putting in their bodies (especially experimental drugs). It is a personal choice, the mandates cross all constitutional lines, and violate a person's privacy, individual rights and freedoms.

At just 36% support, Biden slips to a record low in a new poll. More than two-thirds say inflation causing them to change spending habits.
Projections for the 2022 midterm elections look abysmal for Joe Biden, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and the entire Democratic Party. In fact, according to a new ABC News/Washington Post survey, Republican congressional candidates hold their largest lead over voter preference heading into a midterm election year since 1981 when Reagan was president. The poll discovered that among registered voters in the U.S., the current preference is Republicans over Democrats by 10 points, 51% to 41%.
ABC News explained the significance of the finding: That's the biggest lead for Republicans in the 110 ABC/Post polls that have asked this question since November 1981, citing "soaring economic discontent," Biden's cratering approval, and the "broad sense that the Democratic Party is out of touch with the concerns of most Americans — 62% say so."
Shockingly, the poll found that 70% of registered voters believe the economy is heading in the wrong direction. That statistic has significant electoral consequences. "Now, 55% disapprove of Biden's economic performance — 6 points more than former President Donald Trump's highest disapproval rating on the economy in his 4- year tenure. Article

The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that inflation climbed at an annual rate of 6.2%, the biggest such jump in three decades.. And that’s despite repeated predictions from other “experts” that the spike in prices earlier this year was “transitory." No one should be surprised; many warned that Biden’s $1.9 trillion “rescue” plan — that passed without a single Republican vote — would spark an inflationary spiral.
Wholesale prices rose by 8.6 % compared to Sept 2020, matching the largest increase on record. "The Labor Department reported that its producer price index, which measures inflation before it hits consumers, rose 0.6% last month from Sept, pushed higher by surging gasoline prices. 'Wholesale inflation' was up 0.4% in Oct from Sept and 6.8% from a year ago," the AP reports. "A 6.7% jump in wholesale gasoline prices helped drive goods prices up."
OF NOTE: In the last 12 months the cost of a barrel of oil has gone from $40.10 a barrel to $83.50. Add new and higher Dem gas taxes to the mix with an agenda that undermines U.S. oil and gas production and energy independence, while raising the costs of gasoline and other energy sources and you have a recipe for disaster. Halting construction of the Keystone XL pipeline, pausing oil and gas leasing on public land, and suspending oil and gas leases in Alaska are some other causes. Article
Loudoun County Moms Set Out to Protect Their Children, Now They’re Trying to Save America Faced with hit-lists, intimidation, and the FBI, parents risk all for their children's future. In Dec. 2020, Shawntel Cooper, a mother of two in northern Virginia, noticed something new in her 4th-grade daughter’s class routine. Cooper had just switched roles in her company and was able to work from home, and her daughter, was remote learning due to Covid-19.
Cooper saw that the teacher had introduced a new learning segment: playing clips of topical news items of the day. What was shown was a mainstream media news broadcast covering riots connected with the Black Lives Matter movement.
“Why are they showing that?” Cooper recalled thinking. “They were going against the way that I want my child to be. She was brought up without thinking, ‘I’m white and I’m black." Cooper is African American, while her husband is white.
“She hasn’t been raised based on colors. She has been raised based on loving human beings just for being human beings, of their characters, not putting them in categories on color, or what color their parents are."
A few months later, her daughter, while working on a school project for Black History Month, asked Cooper why people would say that there would be “no justice, no peace” until every white person was slaughtered. The girl recalled the news clips she had watched and was confused, especially because her father is white. She also started asking questions about whether she should be making friends based on skin color. This crossed the line for Cooper. Article

America, we've been swindled again on infrastructure. Remember those "shovel-ready jobs" promised by the Obama-Biden administration in 2011? When many failed to appear after passage of this spending boondoggle, President Obama joked, "Shovel-ready was not as shovel-ready as we expected." That law, noted Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW), cost $787 billion, of which $48 billion was supposed to go for "infrastructure." It was disingenuously called the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act. Harvard economist Martin Feldstein calculated that each job created would cost taxpayers $200,000. When asked about this statistic in a September 26, 2011 interview with ABC News, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner did not dispute the figure, saying, "the price tag is the wrong way to measure the bill's worth."
We're hearing similar assertions about the new law. Welcome to "shovel-ready 2.0" and another swindle that has just been perpetrated on us in the name of "infrastructure." Swindle means "to obtain by fraud or deceit." The administration and congressional Democrats claim the 2,700 page bill will cost us nothing. That's because they have used accounting gimmicks and rely on money they hope will come in through tax increases. The Heritage Foundation has dug into the details and revealed items that add to the debt, probably increase already high inflation, and likely boost the cost of essential goods and services. Article

Covid-19 cases are more common and severe in people with weakened immune systems, according to a new study. Immuno-compromised vaccinated people were three times more likely to contract Covid-19, the disease caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, according to researchers, who published their findings in the Journal of Medical Economics. Much to the dismay of the liberal media, Florida has retained the lowest Covid case per capita in the United States. The left has desperately tried to paint the picture to make it look like the “blue states” are thriving, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Article
People who recovered from Covid-19 are at little risk of contracting the disease again, according to a study published last week. Researchers in Qatar examined over 353,000 people using national databases that contain information about patients with polymerase-chain-reaction-confirmed infections. After excluding approximately 87,500 people with a vaccination record, researchers found those with immunity from having recovered from Covid-19 had little risk of re-infection and severe cases of the disease.
Just 1,304 re-infections were identified. That means 0.4 % of people with natural immunity and without a vaccination record got Covid-19 a second time. The odds of severe disease were 0.1 % of that at primary infection, according to the study. Just four such cases were detected.
No cases of death were recorded among those who got infected a second time.
The study was published in the New England Journal of Medicine. It was funded by Weill Cornell Medicine–Qatar, Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health and adds to the growing body of research that indicates people who recovered from Covid-19 enjoy high levels of immunity against re-infection, and even higher protection against severe disease and death. School CRT Program Targets Babies! As an example of CRT critical race theory madness, look at what’s going on in Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), Maryland’s largest school system. Parents discovered two sets of records related to the teaching of CRT including a training course with information about a book titled “Antiracist Baby” that introduces the youngest readers to “the concept and power of antiracism,” and says it’s the “perfect gift” for “ages baby to age 3.”
The documents also include information from a course titled, “Digital Literacy 3” at Thomas Pyle Middle School. The course’s curriculum includes activities where the children discuss the identification of their gender, religion, and sexual orientation. The course also includes the children using “propaganda” to lead social justice movements. Parents received the documents in response to the Maryland Public Information Act request for a September 29, 2020, email from MCPS intern Benjamin Mourad, training includes:
* Restorative Justice Training
* School-based Critical Staff Member Training
* Counselors as Equity Literate Leaders
* Implementing Culturally Responsive PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports)
Also, it was found that MCPS Associate Superintendent for the Office of Shared Accountability advised the principals that “Non-custodial parents” who request Zoom login information for access to school and potential Zoom events should not be granted.
Immunization expert: ‘Unvaccinated people are not dangerous; vaccinated people are dangerous for others.' A few months back, WHO European Advisory Group of Experts in Immunization, former VP Professor Christian Perronne said that "all vaccinated people must quarantine over the winter months or risk serious illness."
Perronne specializes in tropical pathologies and emerging infectious diseases. He was Chairman of the Specialized Committee on Communicable Diseases of the High Council of Public Health.
Confirming the rapidly deteriorating situation in Israel and the UK, the infectious disease expert stated: “Vaccinated people should be put in quarantine, and should be isolated from the society.”
He went on to say: “Unvaccinated people are not dangerous; vaccinated people are dangerous for others. It’s proven in Israel now – I’m in contact with many physicians in Israel – they’re having big problems, severe cases in the hospitals are among vaccinated people, and in UK also, you have the larger vaccination program and also there are problems. The widespread vaccination rate is creating pressure on the virus to mutate into variants with higher levels of contagion. The unvaccinated has been keeping the pressure down by defeating the virus and carrying natural immunity. State Supreme Court rules Governor issued illegal vetoes: In a 7-2 ruling the WA State Supreme Court said the partial vetoes the Governor made in the 2019 transportation budget were unconstitutional. “We hold that the Washington Legislature enacted the fuel type condition pursuant to its constitutional authority to appropriate funds and to control the expenditure of those funds. Governor Inslee exceeded his article III, section 12 veto power. We affirm the superior court’s orders on summary judgment in favor of the legislature.”
Washington’s current veto restriction language was adopted by voters via a constitutional amendment in 1974. Help Rid Our State of One-Man Lawmaking in which the Governor exercises unlimited power to remove portions of laws passed by the Legislature. SJR 140 needs to be enforced!

During her confirmation hearing, Saule Omarova was pressed on everything from her statements about wanting to bankrupt the oil and gas industry to her ideas about eliminating private bank accounts. She was also asked about why her college thesis, "Karl Marx’s Economic Analysis and the Theory of Revolution in The Capital," hasn't been submitted for review by Senators voting on her nomination despite it being touted on her resume for years.

Ted Cruz has introduced a bill that would bar the federal government from issuing Covid-19 vaccine mandates for children, including at public schools. “The legislation would bar any entity at the federal, state and local level that receives federal funding, including school districts, from requiring the vaccine for minors." A Missouri judge last week ruled that local Covid-19 orders violated the Missouri Constitution, ordering local health officials to rescind them. Judge Daniel Green of Cole County wrote that the Department of Health and Senior Services unconstitutionally gave too much power to individual local health officials and directors. As a result, he ruled, those orders must be lifted, meaning that local health orders must be rescinded. Article

Democrat Operative Media, Activists continue false Rittenhouse allegations: Activists, media pundits, and civil rights groups have repeated false allegations after the full acquittal verdict in the homicide trial for Kyle Rittenhouse. Legal counsel for Rittenhouse is "looking into" defamation litigation on behalf of the 18-year-old. Rittenhouse rebuked Joe Biden during an interview w/Tucker Carlson referencing a campaign video which linked Rittenhouse to white supremacists. "If I can say one thing to you, I would urge you to go back and watch the trial and understand the facts before you make a statement, it is actual malice and defaming my character to say something like that.” he said to Biden. One day after Rittenhouse's acquittal, MSNBC's Tiffany Cross said it was "disgusting" to see members of Congress "celebrate this little murderous white supremacist." Kentucky-based attorney and defamation expert Todd McMurtry told the Washington Examiner last week that such claims are a "false statement" that could be "legally actionable."
Thanks to the City of Dallas, TX which passed an ordinance stating that if a driver is pulled over by law enforcement and is not able to provide proof of insurance, the car is towed. To retrieve the car after being impounded, they must show proof of ins. This has made it easy for the city to remove uninsured cars.
After the "No Insurance" ordinance was passed, the Dallas impound lots began to fill up and were full after only 9 days. Over 80% of the impounded cars were driven by illegals. Now, not only must they provide proof of insurance to have their car released, they have to pay for the tow, a $350 fine, and $20 for every day their car is kept in the lot.
Since the ordinance was passed, accident rates have gone down 47% and Dallas' solution gets uninsured drivers off the road without making them show proof of nationality!
