LD 19 State House Rep. Joel McEntire said “Washington Democrats, so inclusive, they have kicked Jesus out of the Capitol, there was no vote. The Speaker unilaterally acted to stop Republicans from praying in the name of Jesus.” LD 17 Rep Vicki Kraft said, “What the Democrats are trying to do is completely unconstitutional and just plain wrong! More of the same from them, and it’s why we have most of the problems we have.” Meanwhile, Laurie Jinkins’ profile photo on Facebook includes a frame promoting the Marxist group, Black Lives Matter.
Inslee / State Dem Policy makers are finally following the lead from other states (including California and Oregon) and will be ending the mask mandate March 12th. There is absolutely no reason to keep delaying this, but better late than never. I guess after watching the Super Bowl crowd of 80,000 people maskless Dem leadership finally got a clue.
The science has not changed, we know the masks and vaccines never stopped transmission of the Wuhan Virus. The only science removing these mask mandates is political science -- and even with the removal of unnecessary, unconstitutional and dangerous mask mandates, Inslee’s State of Emergency (when there is no emergency), which gives the tyrant virtually unlimited powers over our daily life, sadly remains in effect.
PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED: If Washington's legislature passes the Democrat Emergency Powers bill (SB 5909) Dems will claim they are listening to voters by passing Emergency Powers Reform, but in reality this bill does virtually nothing as it would require a 90 day waiting period and all 4 corners (Both Senate and House Dem / Republican leaders to all agree). The effect is that Dems remain fully on board with Inslee's ongoing executive powers. We need to limit the governor's emergency powers and restore balance to the decision-making process during a legitimate state of an emergency.
We also must fix the terrible police reform legislation passed last year. HB 1310 and HB 1054 stop law enforcement officers from pursuing suspects and assisting with mental health calls. These insane new laws have led to immediate increased crime and have put our communities at much greater risk! The Socialist / Dems need to stop passing bills that make our communities and our law enforcement officers less safe. We need to make sure we are protecting people and communities from dangerous criminals, instead of leaving communities more vulnerable and weakening our overall public safety.

HB 1982 (Volz) – Clarifying bill to make fixes to HB 1410 (2021), which lowered penalties and interests on delinquent property taxes for homeowners. HB 2044 (Boehnke) - Protecting critical constituent and state operational data against the financial and personal harm caused by ransomware and other malicious cyber activities. HB 1964 (Corry) - Requires renewable energy developers to have a decommissioning agreement with landowner and provide proof of financial ability to decommission. HB 1286 (Chambers) – Adopts the Psychology Inter-jurisdictional Compact allowing more, qualified psychologists to practice in Washington. The Economic and Revenue Forecast Council released and adopted its latest state tax revenue forecast. As compared to the November 2020 forecast, near General Fund-Outlook taxes increased by $1.453 billion for 2021-23 and $1.32 billion for 2023-25.
State tax collections are skyrocketing and the forecast continues that trend with nearly $1.5 billion additional tax dollars projected for the current biennium. Since the Legislature adjourned last session, tax collections have increased by $5 billion over the four-year outlook period. State tax revenue for the 2021-23 fiscal period is now projected to be $61.7 billion, an increase of 16% over last biennium, and the state now has a historic 4-year budget tax surplus approaching $14 billion.
Socialist Dems are heavily burdening WA State families with much higher prices on gas (and everyday goods. Inflation is now running at 7.6%, the highest level in over 40 years, which is costing the average household an extra $250 per month. We need to put money into transportation, into affordable housing, and helping those who suffer from mental illness, without raising taxes!

Democrats want to legalize Psilocybin Mushrooms — literally, they’re moving to legalize "shrooms." This is another terrible idea. Under the Democrat legislation, Washington would allow for “service centers” to provide residents over 21-years-old “psilocybin experiences for wellness and personal growth.” The bill’s sponsor, Dem Sen. Jesse Salomon aims for psilocybin, the hallucinogenic chemical found in magic mushrooms, to be easily accessible. FL Gov. Ron DeSantis supports a bill that would prevent teachers in his state’s schools from teaching about gender identity to minors. DeSantis believes it is “entirely inappropriate” for teachers to talk about gender identity or sexual orientation with students. He said there were instances of teachers telling students, “Don’t worry, don’t pick your gender yet,” and “hiding” classroom lessons from parents.
Last weekend at CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference 2022) Trump delivered an amazing speech in front of over 5,000 attendees and made a very impressive case as to why America needs to vote Republican in upcoming elections. Trump received a 97 % favorable rating (87% strongly favorable) and easily defeated all other Republicans in the CPAC straw poll of attendees with 59 % of the vote. FL Gov. Nationwide only 1/3 of Americans approve of the job Biden is doing, a new low for the illegitimate president, in a Quinnipiac University poll released last week with a 33% approval rating. Even the latest released ABC News / Washington Times poll says only 37% approve of Biden's job performance with extra poor marks on the economy. Kentucky Senator Rand Paul said that he plans to force a vote to end the mask mandate on airlines, saying that there is “no science” behind it and “no reason” to continue. Paul then shifted to the topic of mandates specifically. “Now what we’ve said [in regard to] the vaccine mandates is, we’re sick and tired of the government mandating our behavior and taking our liberty away, and I’m as mad as the Canadian truckers are. Too many elk in the herd continue to be a major threat to upriver Skagit farmers and farmland. WA State Dept. of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) recently told the Skagit County Commissioners (BOCC) there were only 1,194 elk in the Skagit herd. In Reality the department's own 2018 aerial and ground surveys showed 2,100 elk in Skagit County. With the calves born in the last three years, the herd is estimated to be nearly 2,500 animals.
WDFW said their elk programs are managing elk well, there was little damage to farms and they were continuing to work with farmers and tribes. Nothing could be further from the truth. WDFW Skagit Elk Program isn't working and elk must be moved off of farms.
Elk are now living permanently on farmlands instead of migrating to public and other lands.
There are too many elk on farmland continuing to damage crops and farms.
Elk contaminate farmland, so fresh market and organic crops cannot be harvested or sold.
Seed growers need upriver farms to guarantee no cross pollination for seed growing. This is a food security issue when elk destroy a field of brussel sprout seed worth $18,000/acre.
Elk die from and spread highly contagious hoof rot that cattle can pick up from the contaminated soil. This is a public health issue.
Skagit County Assessor's survey of over 100 farm owners in 2018 - 2019 sets ongoing damages from elk at $1.4 million every year, on 5,000 of the 13,500 acres in East Skagit County. Please contact all your elected officials to tell them elk must be removed from all Skagit farmland.

Judicial Watch Settles North Carolina Voter Roll Lawsuit After State Removes Over 430,000 Inactive Names From Rolls - “Dirty voter rolls can mean dirty elections,” Fitton said “This is a win for the voters of North Carolina – because clean voter rolls help pave the way to cleaner elections,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “After we filed our federal lawsuit, North Carolina removed hundreds of thousands ineligible voters (people who have died or moved away). A group investigating Wisconsin election fraud recently presented interim findings about the 2020 election. The hearing was held by the Wisconsin Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections in Madison, the WI capitol. Over the past 14 months, this group has had 1,500 volunteers, and spent $60k purchasing election lists at the State and County level. They currently use a supercomputer in Texas to process the data through 8 stages. Using public document requests, they also gained insight into the WI election administration.
TGP reported previously these same lists were given free to Democrats. The WI employees who did this should be fired and charged for theft.

There are 7.13 million people in the Wisconsin registration database, but only 4 million people live in WI. About 3.6 M of these voters actually participate in elections. But WEC purposely keeps everything in one database. This includes active and inactive voters, the 625,000 people they know are dead, and every other variable. They never offload the garbage to a separate system. This is lunacy and screams of fraud. County Clerks showed them it only takes two computer clicks to convert an inactive voter, to an active voter. Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice, Michael Gaberman, a Special Counsel appointed to investigate the 2020 election in Wisconsin testified that 5 out of 6 members of the Wisconsin Election Commission willfully and knowingly violated Wisconsin election law. He found more than 92,000 counts of nursing home fraud. Staff are specifically prohibited from directly sharing ballots with residents, or “helping” them fill one out. In every Wisconsin County that received Zuckerberg funding, nursing homes reported 100 % turnout. “In several nursing home locations throughout the state, 100 percent of registered voters cast a ballot in the 2020 election—an unheard-of rate that included many ineligible voters."

Pennsylvania Mail-In Voting Law Suffers Another Defeat in Court. A Pennsylvania state court delivered another blow to the state’s universal mail-in ballot law by issuing an order that a previous ruling rendering the law null can take effect starting in March. Commonwealth Court Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt previously wrote in late January that the law violated the state Constitution. On Wednesday, Leavitt said Republicans who challenged the law are likely to prevail when the state Supreme Court hears the case next month. Article

Speaking of new books, Bill Barr has just released his, in it saying "The 2020 election was not stolen and Trump lost it." If Bill Barr believes the election was not stolen, then he has a screw loose. It is hard to believe he would be this ignorant to make this claim. Even 2,000 mules know it was stolen. The timing of this is no coincidence, if this had been released before CPAC Barr would have been the laughing stock of the conference. The release gives the fake news an opportunity to try to take momentum away from Trump and keep up their insane narrative. Documents obtained by NATIONAL FILE show that the University of Pennsylvania, which hosts and funds Joe Biden’s think tank called the Penn Biden Center, directly profits from the sale of Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna Coronavirus vaccines. The University gets more money if more vaccines are sold. The University of Pennsylvania also gets “milestone payments” when the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approves a Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. BioNTech pays the University of Pennsylvania Board of Trustees directly, and the university is protected from civil liability if people try to sue for “bodily injury” or “death” caused by BioNTech vaccines.
BioNTech signed a licensing agreement in 2018 with the University of Pennsylvania, which directly funds the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement. Even though Coronavirus had not yet broken out when the deal was made, the 2018 agreement ensured massive payments for the U of Penn's if its technology ended up getting used in new mRNA-based vaccines. Well, U of Penn’s technology did end up getting used in the mRNA-based Coronavirus vaccine produced by Pfizer and BioNTech, and the deal has led to massive revenue for the university. Joe Biden, who was working for the U of Penn's when the deal was made, received more than $900,000 from the U of Penn's in the 2 years before he ran for president in this past election. Article

Just 39 % of Americans approve of Joe Biden's handling of the pandemic. A Politico-Morning Consult poll highlighted in Playbook showcased some of the challenges Dems have. Politico also reported that polling done by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee found that Republicans' lead expanded an average from 4 to 14 points in swing districts. The DCCC warned, with polling showing dramatic improvements in three important groups - center-left voters, independents and Hispanic voters - toward the Republican Party.

The beating of an unconscious Trump supporter by a DC Metropolitan Police Department officer on January 6 was deemed to be “objectively reasonable” after an investigation by the department’s Internal Affairs Bureau. The Internal Affairs investigation was opened in September 2021 based on a complaint filed by a Texas man who assembled video evidence of the officer striking an unconscious Rosanne Boyland with a steel baton and a large wooden stick at the entrance to the West Terrace tunnel at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. If forced to choose, Novak Djokovic said he would skip the French Open and Wimbledon, foregoing the chance to overtake Rafael Nadal's record haul of 21 Grand Slams titles, rather than get vaccinated against Covid-19.
Speaking in an interview broadcast Tuesday by the BBC, the 20-time Grand Slam champion said he is still not vaccinated, and prepared to sacrifice titles to stay that way. Djokovic said he is not opposed to vaccinations and sought to distance himself from anti-vaccination campaigners, saying: “I have never said that I am part of that movement."
