In the Nov 2020 elections we had many elections related discrepancies and anomalies -- As a remedy the Skagit Voter Integrity Project (SVIP) Volunteers have been doing door-to-door canvassing throughout Skagit County with the purpose of helping to clean our county's voter rolls. During this effort we have been identifying hundreds of voters who are NOT legally authorized electors in Skagit County. In accordance with RCW 29A.08.105 and in compliance with the Help America Vote Act (P.L. 107-252), WA State maintains a centralized statewide voter database. This database includes both the voter registration data and the data of those that actually voted. Specifically, RCW 29A.08.125 states that the database includes, the name, date of birth, residence address, signature, gender, vote history and date of registration of every legally registered voter in the state.
Using data from the state voter registration database SVIP volunteers knocked on over 3,000 Skagit County registered voters' doors. To date we have over 1,750 written and signed affidavits, and over 1,530 voter anomalies. Many of these anomalies are potential or real phantom voters (voters who do not exist). Examples Include: Over 830 cases where a listed registered voter of the address voted in the November 2020 election, but the voter does not live at the address.
Over a hundred of these cases show the registered voter has not lived at the residence for two or more years (with 19 cases 10 years or more), and a dozen cases where over 10 people are registered to vote and voted in 2020, but do not live at the residence. Also, volunteer canvassers have been able to identify dozens of registered voters who received at least two ballots in the mail, dozens who never received any ballot in the mail; at least 43 deceased voters who cast a ballot, and we were able to give the Skagit Auditor a list of 137 registered voters in the county who all had duplicate registrations. Other anomalies include current registered voters who may have voted in the November 2020 election and who are registered to vote at dozens of addresses that do not exist including numerous vacant lots; a park kayak rental facility…

Yesterday I submitted an eleven page Skagit Voter Integrity Project Summary Report to our three Skagit County Commissioners. Also, these anomalies are being documented and recorded and have been sent to the Skagit County Auditor and the WA State SOS.

With the new law two new election security exemptions to the Public Record Act’s disclosure requirements were made retro-active beginning with the November 2020 elections:
First, the following public records are now exempt in their entirety
• Continuity of operations plans for election operations
• Security audits
• Security risk assessments, or security test results that relate to physical security or cybersecurity of election operations or infrastructure
Second, portions of records containing information about the following are exempt if the disclosure may increase risk to the integrity of election operations or infrastructure
• Election infrastructure
• Election security, or
• Potential threats to election security
These exemptions will apply to ANY public records request made prior to the effective date for which disclosure has not yet occurred.

Elections have Consequences -- State of Emergency - Why are we still here?
Inslee and Biden are in lock-step, as Inslee will not rescind his state of emergency. Why? Because those in power love having total control over our lives and laws, so they can dictate what we do, private individuals as well as businesses. Our Constitution is clear that there are 3 branches of government. The Legislature, made up of our elected Representatives, are the ones who are supposed to make and change laws – this is supposed to be in an open and transparent process.
Inslee issues proclamations and edicts, creating and changing laws according to his whims, and he has been doing this for 18 months -- changing existing laws and creating new ones. There are dozens of unconstitutional proclamations still in place that have changed our laws and spend money without the voice of the people’s representatives being involved – it’s at the whim of the Governor alone. It obviously didn’t bother Socialist / Dems in the Legislature; when Republicans tried to change the law to restrict his total power, Democrats gave him even more. We are not supposed to be a dictatorship, but we’ve been living under one for over a year. Here is a link to all his unconstitutional proclamations. Some change or waive laws and some delay the enactment of laws passed by the Legislature.
REDISTRICTING UPDATE: It comes as no surprise that State Democrats are trying to rig our elections in more ways than one, before a single vote is cast. The Democrat Commissioners drafted maps that included almost zero swing districts and instead they are again attempting to gerrymander safe Democrat seats in a desperate attempt to keep themselves in perpetual power. The takeaway from all this is clear: Democrats are trying to stop the voters from deciding elections and Republicans are working to give more voters a choice on election day.
State Republicans are fighting back! Commissioner Paul Graves' proposed map has over 10 swing districts and promotes electoral competitiveness. WSRP Chairman Caleb Heimlich has been blasting Democrats to the media for being the political hacks that they are and people are listening to him. This is a once-in-a-decade opportunity to give voters freer and fairer elections, we have to do everything we can over the next few months.

A new Pew Poll and a new Economist/YouGov Poll is showing Biden lost 18 points in his job approval rating among Blacks in last two months, 16 points among Hispanics, 14 points among Asians and 8 points among Whites. Presidential approval ratings on his handling of major issues have all fallen, dramatically. The poll found that only 39% of Americans approved of the job Biden is doing, a drop in six points from last month.
Biden’s vaccine mandate will fail because it undermines the Constitution’s balance between Congress, the President and between federal and state governments. Congress has not vested the president with the power to govern every aspect of every office and factory in the nation, and even if it had, such a grant of sweeping power would violate the very division of authority between the national and state governments.
Biden does not have the power to order Americans to obtain a vaccine against Covid-19. Instead Biden is attempting an emergency order by way of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to issue a rule that private employers with 100 or more employees require their workers to get vaccinated or get tested on a weekly basis, or else lose their jobs. Apparently, small businesses and individuals remain exempt from the Biden vaccine command — a sign of the constitutional problems to come.
As Socialist / Democrats continue the endless Wuhan coronavirus "emergency" in order to consolidate political power they're destroying the livelihoods of the very lower and middle-class people they claim to represent or care about.
Additionally, Dems in Congress are about to launch their next unconstitutional attempt at a federal takeover of elections. Dems spent months rewriting an earlier version of H.R. 4 and the end product is even more partisan than the original, jammed with anti-democratic provisions meant to consolidate federal control over state's elections, eliminate voter ID requirements, and even to rig the courts to favor the progressive litigators who challenge voting laws. This clearly violates Art 1 Sec 4 of the U.S. Constitution.

Michigan Hospital System Says Workers With Covid-19 Natural Immunity Don’t Need Vaccine
The immunity conferred by recovering from Covid-19 is better than the protection afforded by Covid-19 vaccines, a prominent vaccine inventor says, citing in part a recent study from Israel. Researchers found that people in the country vaccinated with Pfizer’s Covid-19 shot were 13 times more likely to contract the Delta variant of the CCP virus and 27 times more at risk of symptomatic disease, compared to those who had recovered from Covid-19.

A leaked Zoom conference video reveals a doctor questioning how to increase the count of Covid-19 patient numbers on the hospital’s dashboard report. The media outlet National File said it obtained the recording from an “internal source” at the Novant Health System that includes New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina.
National File and other local media outlets that reported on the leak identified the hospital’s director of marketing, asking how to inflate the number of people classified as Covid-19 patients for the purpose of generating fear in the unvaccinated.

ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THE TOTAL INSANITY OF THE WA STATE DEMS NEW POLICING LAWS VIA: Snohomish County Sheriff Adam Fortney -- Sept 24 -- Some personal experience from today regarding the new police “reform” laws passed by the legislature.
While driving through Everett today I heard officers from another agency locate an occupied stolen vehicle. Because of the new legislation that was passed, the suspect simply drove away from these officers and they could do nothing about it. The vehicle was described as silver with a blue bumper so even I could find this car in daylight. The stolen care drove past me with two suspects in it so I turned around on it like any deputy sheriff would do and it simply continued to drive away making several turns. Because of the new legislation I was not allowed to even attempt to catch up to this vehicle as that would be a pursuit. There were several more sightings of the vehicle driving all through Everett while the police stood by and watched him go by (not their fault).
To make things worse, there was information developed about 20 minutes later that this vehicle and the suspects inside had possibly been involved in an armed robbery, but of course, the vehicle was long gone by then. The police in Washington State have been forced by the politicians in Olympia, and yes I mean this literally, to watch felonies in progress drive away from them. And let me tell you one thing for certain, the criminals know this, as was on display in Everett when the suspect drove away from me.

Joe Biden is at risk of being impeached after Ohio’s Rep. Bob Gibbs officially introduced articles of impeachment to the House of Representatives, according to The Daily Wire. Rep. Gibbs referred to a list of grievances that included a crisis at the border, abuse of federal authority and the polarizing withdrawal of Afghanistan.
Among the reasons: Biden improperly used federal power by using The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to enforce an eviction moratorium that has been struck down by the Supreme Court.
